Making the mentionable, manageable

Philosophy
Welcome to your safe space for exploration, vulnerability, and growth. I am a queer friendly, sex positive, clinically trained and passionate social worker, who is dedicated to providing individual therapy to help you navigate life's challenges. I believe in the power of what we can mention, we can manage.

I studied at Indiana University for my undergraduate degree and received my master's degree from New York University. Throughout my career, I have helped many people work through anxiety, depression, substance abuse, LGBTQ+ focused struggles, and personality disorders, with a strong focus on self-harming behaviors and suicidal thinking.
I also find working with couples to be a passion of mine, as helping to find one's voice in a relationship can be extremely healing and satisfying.

I have had extensive training in human sexuality and gender studies and work to integrate my knowledge as a foundational aspect of psychotherapy.

I offer individual therapy sessions that are tailored to your unique needs. I work with each Client to explore their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work in a collaborative way to help provide you with the appropriate tools to move through life's challenges and improve your emotional well-being. I strive for my Client's to build healthier relationships with others, but most importantly, themselves.
The couples therapy sessions that I offer are designed to help you and your partner/s improve communication, build trust, and strengthen your relationship. I work with all partnerships to identify and address the issues that are impacting their relationships and provide them with the tools to build a stronger, healthier, and more understanding dynamic. I aim to create a space that is free from judgement and that promotes understanding.
